The E4 Championship, the Formula 4 series promoted by ACI Sport and WSK Promotion, is back on track. With only three ultra-competitive rounds on the calendar, there is virtually no room for error. After the season opener at Circuit Paul Ricard in Le Castellet, France, in late July, the Championship now moves to Italy. The battle resumes at the Mugello Circuit on the weekend of 14 September, featuring three races of 30 minutes plus one lap.
Following his dominant display in round one, the Championship lead belongs to Gabriel Gomez with US Racing. The Brazilian secured two victories in Race 1 and Race 3, alongside a second-place finish, collecting 68 points, just seven shy of the maximum possible score. His main rival so far has been Kean Nakamura-Berta, the Italian F4 Championship leader, who consistently challenged Gomez by finishing all three races on the podium and earning 51 points.
Third in the standings with 42 points is Reno Francot with PHM Racing, who shone brightly at Paul Ricard and celebrated a superb win in Race 2.

Only one point further back is Sebastian Wheldon Prema Racing driver also supported by Andretti Global, the American driver who also made his mark on the French podium.
Other names are expected to join the fight at Mugello. Kabir Anurag with US Racing, and Alpine Academy driver, currently sits fifth in the standings after an impressive weekend in France. Just behind him is Oleksandr Bondarev with Prema Racing, the Williams Driver Academy talent, who seems to have found fresh momentum to compete at the highest level in the second half of the season.
The Tuscan hills provide the backdrop for the Mugello Circuit, renowned for its sweeping layout, rapid changes in elevation, and high-speed character, making it one of the toughest challenges in Europe. The round will also see several new entries, adding even more intensity to an already high-level competition.
The weekend schedule begins on Friday 12 September with two free practice sessions from 9:40 to 10:20 AM and again from 1:20 to 2:00 PM, followed by qualifying on the same day. The first session will run from 5:20 to 5:35 PM, with the second immediately after from 5:45 to 6:00 PM. On Saturday 13 September, Race 1 will start at 10:25 AM, followed by Race 2 at 4:40 PM. The weekend concludes on Sunday 14 September with Race 3 at 10:40 AM. All races will last 30 minutes plus one lap and will be broadcast live on ACI Sport TV and on the network of international broadcasters covering the championship worldwide. Live streaming will also be available on the official social channels of ACI Sport and the E4 Championship.
