(AKM Motorsport press office release)
AKM Motorsport goes all-in with five cars as it completes its roster for the second round of the E4 Championship, taking place this weekend (September 13-14) on the ups and downs of Tuscany’s Mugello Circuit.
After fielding a three-car line-up in the opening round at Paul Ricard, the team led by Marco Antonelli is stepping up its commitment by confirming Abdullah Kamel, Evan Michelini, and Ginevra Panzeri, while also announcing the addition of new entries Javier Herrera and Tomass Stolcermanis.
For Mexico’s Herrera (15), this will mark his debut in an ACI Sport series, after making several spot appearances in the Italian F4 and the Central and Eastern Europe championship, where he showed strong performances. Equally valuable experience comes from Latvia’s Stolcermanis, who turned 18 in May and already has a full season in the Tatuus single-seater category under his belt.

Both drivers, however, will be racing for the first time under AKM Motorsport colors.
Kamel, meanwhile, made an excellent debut in France last July, narrowly missing the Rookie podium with a fourth-place finish in class in Sunday’s final race. The young Saudi driver immediately stood out, proving he could already aim for a top-10 overall finish at the Tuscan round.
Michelini also impressed at Paul Ricard, finishing fifth among the Rookies in Race 2 and quickly adapting to the car. The 18-year-old, born in Genoa but raised in Costa Rica, has all the potential to take another step forward and target an even stronger result this time.
Sixteen-year-old Panzeri, for her part, showed remarkable consistency on French soil, completing all three races and gaining valuable experience in view of this second of the three scheduled rounds.
